There’s only one...

Not much news about Tones On Tail other than the fact that it's an English group formed in 1982 by Bauhaus member Daniel Ash, who will be joined by Glenn Campling and then Kevin Haskins.

A group that will remain mainly in the musical history of the 80s for the high-caliber single "Lions" released in 1984.

As such alone, we had to devote this article to them.

To discover or rediscover.

Discography (among others ...) :

  • There’s only one 1982

  • Burning skies 1983

  • Performance 1984

  • Lions 1984

  • Go ! 1984

  • Christian says 1984

Clips :

1982 ... an adventure to say the least ephemeral but which will have had the merit of producing titles of certain quality. We will largely be satisfied with it !

1983 ... of course, we find the somewhat wacky side of Bauhaus but a little less gloomy. It is clear that this group is still not to be classified under the heading 'All audiences' ...

1984 ... the group will not have produced any major hits but will at least have had the merit of existing. Like many groups of this decade with an equivalent sound ...

1984 ... which will undoubtedly remain as their most successful title. A title full of finesse, totally the opposite of what he had offered until then. A nice surprise, to say the least !

1984 ... the sequel will not really be the same. A group that will have gone in all directions in terms of sounds, even if it means losing himself unfortunately ...

1984 ... only 2 short years of existence but a discography which will count all the same in the end some great successes. At least that's it !
