Bad English is an Anglo-American supergroup formed in 1987 and composed of Jonathan Caine (ex Journey), John Waite (ex The Babys), Ricky Philipps (ex The Babys), Neal Schon (ex Journey) and Deen Castronovo (ex Journey).
Group which released a first Single “Forget me not” two years later in 1989, a title which gave them their first initial success.
But it is above all the following title “When I see you smile” which will allow the group to make history with a title which will be a real hit on a global level. Title that we will find on their eponymous album which will also be released that year.
Huge album which will produce 2 other very high caliber Singles with “Price of love” still the same year and “Heaven is 4 letter word” which will be released a year later in 1990.
New album “Backlash” in 1991, an album with once again certain success and which would produce the flagship Single “Straight to your heart”.
A great adventure which will not go further than this second album since the group will end up breaking up shortly after.
