Images is a French group formed in Toulouse in 1986 and originally composed of Mario Ramsamy, Jean-Louis Pujade and Christophe Desprès.
Not much news about them except that they will remain famous of course for their intergalactic hit "Midnight Demons". Flagship single of their discography which will remain No.1 of the French Top50 for 13 consecutive weeks !
They will have two other hits with "Corps à corps" released in 1987 and "Maitresse" released in 1988. All her hits were taken from their first album "L’album d´images" which was released in 1987.
The other albums produced subsequently will not experience the same level of success as this particularly accomplished opus. And it will take the arrival of Emile Wandelmer in 1999, from the group Gold, to give some semblance of life to the group.
A salutary rebirth amplified in the 2000s thanks to the Stars 80 tour which puts the group back at the forefront of the French music scene.
In any case, the group will have left in the musical history of the 20th century a dance piece of anthology. Piece that still continues to set fire to many private parties and weddings all over France. And this for the greatest pleasure of all those nostalgic for this blessed time.
