Paul Janz is a Canadian singer-songwriter who began his artistic career with his brothers in a group called Deliverance. Group which will succeed in producing no less than 4 albums at the end of the 70s and will even obtain a minor hit with the Single "Leaving LA" in 1979.
He will release his first solo album "High strung" a few years later in 1985, an album with certain success and which will allow him to obtain his first 3 titles classified with the Singles "High strung", "Close my eyes", but also and above all, "Go to pieces". Three titles that will only be ranked in Canada but it's always better than nothing as they say ...
New album "Electricity" two years later in 1987, new successful album whose flagship Single will be "Believe in me".
But he would have to wait until the very beginning of the 90s to achieve a semblance of consecration with the album "Renegade romantic", album which will bring him his biggest Single success with the title "Every little tear".
He had a last major album success with "Trust" in 1992, an album from which the flagship Single "Amazon rain" was mainly extracted.
