The One Shot Festival - 36

An anthology of cult titles or very high quality but whose group has produced only a "One shot" or so few titles that it would have been ridiculous to devote an entire article to it.

Part 36 :

  • C.O.D. – In the bottle 1983

  • Valli – The more I see you 1986

  • The Evasions – Wikka wrap 1981

  • Phase II – Mystery 1988

  • Christine McVie – Got a hold on me 1984

  • Bianca – Club boy 1989

Clips :

1983...C.O.D. for Cash On Delivery is a concept project launched by producers Man Parrish and Raul A. Rodriguez. Concept project which will have existed mainly only through this title...

1986...finished Chagrin d'Amour, here is the young Valli in solo with this first title, in truth a cover of the title of Chris Montez dating from 1966. A version that she will dust off and with which she will obtain the biggest success of her - short - solo career...

1981...a musical delirium mounted by Graham De Wilde and Adrian Sear, a Graham De Wilde who takes the opportunity to parody television journalist Alan Whicker with a certain pleasure...

1987...another most ephemeral adventure with this trio assembled from scratch for this title. Trio composed of Kevin Washington, Sean Sims and Jerry Edwards and which will not do better than this title...

1984...in parallel with the enormous adventure Fleetwood Mac, we find the singer in solo especially on this title which will remain as her best known. A singer who will leave us on November 30, 2022 at the age of 79...

1989...real name Brenda Reierson, this shooting star singer will remain mainly in the musical history of this end of the 20th century for this title. It's always better than nothing as they say...
