The One Shot Festival - 11

An anthology of cult titles or very high quality but whose group has produced only a "One shot" or so few titles that it would have been ridiculous to devote an entire article to it.

Part 11 :

  • Karoline Kruger – You call it love 1988

  • Blue Angel – I had a love 1980

  • Stabilizers – Tyranny 1986

  • Gary Byrd & The G.B. Experience -The crown 1983

  • Cookie Dingler – Femme libérée 1984

  • Guy Marchand – Destinée 1982

Clips :

1988 ... Vladimir Cosma at the best of his inspiration once again. Undeniably, one of the best composers of film music at the end of the 20th century !

1980 ... the first steps of what will become a few years later one of the biggest musical phenomena of the end of the XXth century. Everything is already in place for her, it's obvious !

1986 ... a single reference title on the clock for this American duo who produced only one album in their very short career. Regardless, we'll be happy with it !

1983 ... released under the label of a certain Stevie Wonder, you see that, this title will remain as the one - and only - gem of this more than ephemeral duo. An ephemeral duo that can always boast of having produced one of the biggest Dance titles of the decade !

1984 ... one title, THIS title, was enough to bring the singer into the musical legend of the 80s on the French side. He delivers here what will undoubtedly remain as one of the biggest dance hits of the decade in France. HU-GE !

1982 ... the kitsch Masterpiece ! How else to qualify this now cult title which will remain as the most outdated, but above all the most incredibly effective, Ultimate Slow of the decade. Especially when we know that it was a certain Vladimir Cosma - and yes, again he - who composed it. MAS-TER-FUL !
