Patty Pravo, real name Nicoletta Strambelli, is an Italian singer who released a first title "Ragazzo sad" in 1966, a title that will reveal her to the general public and above all give her a first major success in her native land. Title which, moreover, will become some time later the first Pop title to be broadcast on Vatican Radio...!
But it is especially 2 years later that she will really win the timpani in 1968 with the enormous title "La bambola", title which will simply offer her the biggest success of her entire career on the Singles side. Title taken from her first eponymous album which will also be released that year.
Other titles will be released later but will not be able to compete with the success of this huge Single. Except in 1973 when she will sign a new title of very high caliber with the Single "Pazza idea", title taken from the album of the same name which will also be released the same year.
The adventure will continue thereafter with the release of numerous albums and Singles, in particular at the very end of the 90s and the beginning of the 2000s. New period of prosperity for her since several albums will experience significant success with the public.
