When In Rome is an English band and originally made up of Clive Farrington, Andrew Mann and Michael Floreale.
Group which signs with the Virgin UK label in 1988, label which allows them to release a first eponymous album. Album with certain success and which reveals the group to the eyes of the whole world. In particular thanks to the enormous single "The promise" and to a lesser extent "Heaven knows", a title which will be released a year later in 1989.
A great adventure that will quickly come to an end unfortunately following multiple tensions within the group. Group which will end up separating some time after without having produced anything more.
He will be reborn from its ashes a few years later but without succeeding in regaining the level which he was at the end of the 1980s...

1988...first title and direct consecration. An introduction to the matter for the less impressive and which offers them their greatest success on the Singles side. MAS-TER-FUL !

2017...we will lose sight of them again for almost 11 years and here they are again. A will to believe in it against winds and tides which commands respect incontestably...
2017... it is certain that this version of the group no longer has much to do with that of the 80s but it at least has the merit of continuing to exist. To the delight of basic fans...
2017...for the moment the adventure won't go any further but as with them nothing is ever over, it may well be that we find them later. To be continued...
