Extreme is an American band formed in Boston in 1985 and originally composed of Gary Cherone, Paul Geary, Nuno Bettencourt, Peter Hunt, Hal Lebeaux and Paul Mangone. A group that can boast of having sold no less than 10 million records around the world to date.
Group which signed with the label A&M Records in 1987, label with which they released two years later in 1989 their first eponymous album, album which allows them to land a first title classified with the Single "Kid ego".
Success confirmed and greatly amplified the following year in 1990 with the release of the album "Pornograffiti", an album that will make a real worldwide hit and propel the group to the front of the stage in a sensational way.
