There's not much interesting information about Rosie Vela, other than the fact that she was an American singer-songwriter and model who will primarily be remembered in late 20th-century music history for her hit Single "Magic Smile," released in 1986.
This flagship track was taken from her one and only album, "Zazu," also released in 1986.
For this reason alone, we felt compelled to dedicate this article to her.

Tracks :
1986...it only took one hit, THAT hit, for this young singer to secure her place in posterity. It must be said that, given the limited number of songs she would go on to release, she wasn't likely to repeat that feat. Still, it was HU-GE !
1986...it's hard to understand why the adventure will be so short, but unfortunately, that will indeed be the case for her...
1986...because this artist had talent and potential, but fate decided not to exploit it as it should have been...
1986...sometimes you just shouldn't try to understand, as they say. In any case, this one and only album is far from unworthy, and it's therefore only right to bring all the tracks it contains back into the spotlight...
1986...no track is without merit, so we might as well enjoy it while we can. A flash in the pan for a shooting star...
1986...it is also the aim of these articles to bring back into the spotlight all those artists who passed far too quickly through the musical landscape of the 80s...
1986...because we inevitably know most of those who have lasted for decades, but there are plenty of other artists who also deserve at least a little attention...
1986...an artist of which she is, of course, one. It is only right to pay tribute to all these artists, mostly forgotten, but who are an integral part of contemporary musical history...
1987... a final quality track, just like its predecessors. There wasn't a single dud on this album, and it's a real shame there wasn't a follow-up...
