Nacash is a French group made up of the Nakache brothers (Alain, Norbert, Claude, Gérard and Marc).
Little information about them except that they are the children of Andalusian music master Alexandre Nakache.
And that they will remain mainly in the musical history of the 80s for their flagship title "Elle imagine", a tribute to their sister.
They will release other singles but which will not know the same enthusiasm from the public.
Talent scouts, they will retrain in production at the beginning of the 90s and will notably produce a debutante by the name of…Ophélie Winter ! They will write the huge "Dieu m'a donné la Foi". Over 600,000 copies will be sold.

1976...a first title which will not stay in history as a Masterpiece, that's clear. But you have to start well one day as they say...
1984...we find them 8 years later in a musical mode still focused on the festive and the joyful basic version. You shouldn't expect much more at this stage...
1985...the style is refined somewhat even if it is still not enough to make them emerge from the shadows. There is better anyway...
1986...for the big takeoff we will have to be a little more patient, it is clear. Now it remains to produce THE title that will make all the difference...
1987 ... after several short tests, here comes THE title of a lifetime, this one which consecrates One Shot and which magically opens the doors of the musical Pantheon of the 80s. MAS-TER-FUL !
1987...this one will go much more unnoticed but the hardest part is done as they say. They had to produce at least 1 headline, it's now mission accomplished !
1988...a nice and good-natured sequel but impossible to repeat the feat of the previous year. It's already the beginning of the end...
1988...at least that's what we can imagine. Afterwards it could still be that they manage to last a little longer than expected in the end...
1989 ... the beginning of the end as singers. On the other hand, they will embark on the production of young talents and obtain in the 90s results that are to say the least...incredible !
1989...they will still continue to produce some personal titles but it is clear that they will be more of an extra than anything else...
1990...we repeat the same ones at the very beginning of the following decade and we obtain the same result, no more, no less. Afterwards, as long as they enjoy what they do...
1992...afterwards it is not the basic fans who will complain, on the contrary. As long as their favorite group comes back, everything is fine...
1992...their desire to believe in it until the end commands respect whatever it may be. After how long will they still be able to hold on like that, good question...
1992...for now it holds up anyway. On the other hand, the competition is now light years ahead of them, it's not easy to fight in these cases...
2011...we thought we would never see them again and yet here they are back in an unexpected way to say the least at the very beginning of the 2010 decade. Who would have thought it possible...
2011...they had more fun than anything else on this one, it's obvious. Because they were not likely to return to the race with this kind of title, certainly nice, but the antithesis of what the general public expects at the start of the 2010 decade....
2011...so last title or not because we now know that with them everything is always possible. It remains to be seen when they will return - or not -...
Top Bonus: 1996...and yes, THIS title is them too ! They are at the origin of one of the biggest Dance hits of the 90s on the French side, a big gap with 'Elle imagine' ...
