Noel Pagan, also known under the simple name of Noel, is an American singer who particularly distinguished himself in the current Freestyle Music.
Singer who released his first Single "Silent morning" in 1987 and for a first try it was rather successful since it will allow him to obtain his first ranked title.
Title taken from his eponymous album which was released a year later in 1988, an album from which a second Single "Like a child" was also extracted, a title which would bring the singer the biggest success of his entire career on the Singles side.
We find him in 1990 on the concept-project of Tony Moran "Concept of One", concept where he ensures the vocal part and which will offer him a new success with the title "The question".
A major title that will be his last because his second - and last - album "Hearts of fire" which will be released in 1993 will experience only a very limited level of success and will not produce any hits worthy of the name. Failure which will push the label Mercury Records to separate from him, eviction which will put a definitive end to his career ...
