Memory lane...

Little interesting information about The Sinceros except for the fact that it's an English group formed in 1978 and composed of Mark Kjeldsen, Ron François, Don Snow and Bobby Irwin.

A group that will remain mainly in the musical history of the 80s for the high-caliber single "Worlds apart", single released in 1979.

For that reason alone, we had to devote this article to them.

To discover or rediscover.

Discography (among others ...) :

  • Take me to your leader 1979

  • Worlds apart 1979

  • Are you ready 1980

  • Disappearing 1980

  • Quick quick slow 1980

  • Memory lane 1981

  • Socially 1981

  • Falling in and out of love 1981

Clips :

1979 ... an excellent first title which will bring its first success to the group. An adventure that starts off ideally, to say the least ...

1979 ... first year year of existence and already a semblance of consecration that others take years to obtain. Of course, we are not talking about a planetary tidal wave but all the same. HU-GE !

1980 ... the style has nothing to do with what we have known on the previous titles. Unfortunately, a reorientation that they will pay at a high price ...

1980 ... fortunately, they are back on track with this title. A title that will undoubtedly remain as one of their most emblematic. Great job little guys !

1980 ... the group constantly shuffles the waters by switching from one style to another. Difficult to gain customer loyalty under these conditions ...

1981 ... too bad the band is constantly zigzagged because the potential was real and could have produced huge things. Like a mess ...

1981 ... and it is not by adding overspeed that things will get better. A counterproductive strategy that inevitably pushes them towards the exit ...

1981 ... a flash career for a group which never knew how to place himself on the chessboard. Anyway, he still produced several high-caliber titles and that was enough to make them fit into the musical history of the 80s ...
