Not much information about Moti Special other than the fact that it's a German band formed in 1981 in Hamburg.
Group originally composed of Nils Tuxen, Manfred Thiers, Reinhard Tarrach but also, and above all, Michael Cretu. The same Michael Cretu who a few years later would produce singer Sandra, who in a few years would become one of the leading singers of the decade. We will also find him at the end of the decade at the head of a new adventure and not the least, namely the enormous Enigma concept-project !
Moti Special will remain mainly in the musical history of the 80s for the enormous Single "Cold days, hot nights" released in 1985, Single which will be a real hit in the world that year.
