I am therefore forced to delete the 2,150 articles published to date. Twelve years of hard work, research, and writing detailed articles about 1980s bands and singers are going straight into the trash.

Just so you know, I had about 500 articles in the works covering new bands and singers from the 80s.

I was one of the few people worldwide covering certain bands, and now all those obscure groups will fade back into the oblivion of history. I have no choice...
